A very large Italian carved wooden candle holder

Extremely large size, all hand painted with a stunning faux marble technique

Stunning original blue colour with a base that is in a two colourtone with the old peach/red faux marble

This is not a church candle holder, this piece was ones a piece of decoration to a large Italian palazzo and was used to show off in its size and decoration

A desirable piece that makes a room, with its lovely faux marble paintwork and a wonderful timeworn patina

Dating to the late 18th century, this piece is still in wonderful condiotion
