Article 1. General conditions:

These general conditions apply to all products by DE GROOT ANTIQUES delivered.

Many of the antique products show traces of use that comes with their age. 

DE GROOT ANTIQUES is not liable for consequential damage that the customer or a third party may suffer with regard to the products.

Article 2. Delivery:

Items are carefully packed and delivered by DE GROOT ANTIQUES withing 5 working days after payment.

However during circumstances when the delivery is expired, the customer never entitled to compensation.

Article 3. Prices:

All prices are listed in euros. All products are subject to the margin regulation. All prices are excluding shipping

Article 4. Shipping:

All items will be packed with a lot of care. DE GROOT ANTIQUES is not liable for damage to the items by the shipping company.

Article 5.  Return policy

Costumers who buy at DE GROOT ANTIQUES have a cooling-off period of 7 days. Within this period the customer may reverse the sale and return the product in its original packaging. The buyer will receive the refund when the product is received in good condition. The shipping costs for return will be paid by the buyer
