An unusual carved wooden and guilded calvary group

Very detailed carved soldiers with their helmets and swords on the mountain

The horse with soldier is beautiful shaped and very well postured

2 small sculptures of sculls resting at their feet

The original guilding has a wonderful timeworn patina from collection dust over all the years

Some small flakes of the gulding are missing and from the 2 soldiers a piece of toe is missing from their boots

Very beautiful and detaild group, dating to the 18th century and in good condition
